Resizing Access

I have a user that has to use a lower resolution for larger icons on her desktop and when she opens access some of the forms dont appear correctly on the screen. she can ony see portions of either the top or bottom of the form but not at the same time. Is there a way to modify access in order for her to see the form in its entirety?

I don't use Tabbed Documents because of this.
I change most of my databases to Overlapping Windows.
This gives the use some control with the size and location of the forms.

I have never created overlapping windows. How can I do that?
