hi all, please help with this:

on a form i have a Hyperlink to a MSWord template.

so the msword window opens but when the user close the msword window, access is minimized.

i want my access Form/Window to stay Restored behind MSWord window.

how ?

thanks,
Piet.

try putting DoCmd.Restore on the DeActivate event of your form.

Done that, no joy! (btw: it's a PopUp form, if it makes any difference)

As soon as i follow the hyperlink, accesswindow is minimized.
When closing the MSword window, i have to restore accesswindow manually from taskbar.

Other suggestions please ?

Thanks,
Piet.

I'm still trying to do this and will really appreciate any advice:

- From a pop-up Form, i have a hyperlink to a msword template.

- msword opens BUT THEN Minimizes the Access window (not just the form)behind it.

- when closing the msword window, access window remains minimized.

How can i tell the hyperlink/commandbutton keep Access window maximized/restored behind msword window ?

Please !

Regards,
Piet.

anyone ?!

Hi everyone, (see previous posts re this matter)

Is there really no one out there that can resolve this issue ?

I will really appreciate any advice.

It's very important that I get this sorted out because my from the db the user needs to access a lot of msword templates.

Please !?

Piet
