Question Rich Text in Access 2010

G'day All...again.

I am also trying to find out if it is possible to format text in a text box as one is typing it in i.e. is there a way to use bold or italic in my data input?

Whilst you can format a form field and/or the data source field (for the entire field) I don't think there's any formatting you can do on-the-fly.

There's probably a more technical explanation which I'd be keen to hear if anyone knows it ... ?

The rich text works the same way as this website you can click on the Bold button and start typing or you can after you have finished typing select the text with your mouse and change it to italic

BTW rich text can ONLY be used in a MEMO field!
