Rolling Querries

I need to program a Rolling Append and Delete Querry that removes information that is 4 months old and Archives it. The Problem is that every time I try to set the Criteria I get errors.

How can I use the Date() function to set this up I've tried to use "Date()<=" but I don't know how to code the second part of that equation. Help is no help when dates are concerned.
