Run time error '-2147418113 (80000ffff)'

I have several Access Databases. Some of them have a switchboard. Currently, I received an error when I wanted to open the switchboard. The error says "Run time error '-2147418113 (80000ffff)': Method 'Conncection' of object '_CurrentProject' failed. When I cliicked the "Debuy" button and it pointed the line which says " Set con = applicatnion. CurrentProject.Connection"

I might have done someting silly but not sure where to start fixing the error. Would you advise where I should start?

The first thing I would advise you to do is make a backup... like now!

1. On the backed up copy run a Compact & Repair. Does that fix the problem?
2. If no, then please list the References here...

tried the "compact & repair" but no luck yet

I think I'm fine now after I repaired the Office 2007 in Window's control panel.
