Running a Query without Opening it

I have a ListBox on my form that takes its data from a Query. I have been...

opening the query
executing a requery
opening the main form
recalc on the main form

How do I execute a requery and refresh my ListBox WITHOUT opening the query ?

hi. you never have to open it - it's always ready to go. just requery the list.
me.listbox.requery
