With so many different version releases since building my application on Access 2003 and the incompatibility of my application with Access 2013 and Microsoft dropping support in April 2014. I’m considering investing in Sage key. From what little information I’ve managed to find it will do a complete install of Access 2003 runtime and handle dll, ocx registrations, trusted paths or certificate installs etc. and will also manage Access 2003 running alongside other versions of Access on different OS platforms without conflict or reinstall.

Is this fair and accurate statement and does anyone have any knowledge/experience or information to help me decide.

I don't know if this helps you but I have used Sagekey to install an app developed in A2003 to run under A2007 Runtime with out any problems.
If you need clarification of its suitability or capability of fulfilling your needs I would suggest you email them. I've always found them very helpful.
