Sales batch report

Hi I have two columns input and output. I want to allot the batch number on sales based on fifo
Example

Input. Output
100. Batch ABC
10. Batch xyz

50. Batch ABC
60. 50 batch ABC
10 batch xyz


Can sone body tell me what logic aur what logarithm I must use. Sorry very beginner in it

Yes but it is not based on what I required. Infact I cannot know the logic to do it on paper

Still not getting it. The link you posted appears to have what you want and if you open it and study it you will learn the logic and it should answer your question. If you are saying you don't understnad the sample, is it because you are unfamilar with Access or VBA?

Actually the logic I still not understand I tell you one example
Let say batch no 1 has 100 pieces and batch no 2 has 50. Suppose we made sakes of 150 pieces. I need report which can tell first 100 pieces were of batch no1 and 50 pieces are of batch no2

Okay, well if you donwmload that example and hold down the Shift Key while opening you will get access to the report and the queries used to create the report. Have you done that?

I can see the reports and queries but still I failed to understand logic. Even on paper how to do it
