I am trying to print from a form to a report. The problem I am running into is I am getting a long report and I have discovered I have basically the same number of pages in my report as I have entries in my subform. If I have one entry in my subform I get a 1 page report. If I have 2 entries in my subform, I get 2 pages in my report and they look exactly the same. What am I doing wrong? I can only figure it is in my relationships or something simple. Any help is appreciated in pointing me in the right direction.

Thanks!

That doesn't make sense at worst and is ambigous at best. Do you have a button on your form you click to launch a report? Are you going to the toolbar and clicking 'Print' while viewing the form? Can you describe what you mean exactly?

It sounds like you have a Report that is based on a query that uses the same datasource as your subform.

My apologies. Yes, I have a button on a form that opens a report I can then print. When I am working on the form, I see everything just as I would like to see it. Once I hit the open report button I get multiple copies within my report if I have entered more than one entry on my subform. Your response may be enough to get me started in the right direction. I figure I have to be pulling data from more than one query or something silly like that.

Thanks
