I have a new(?) problem. I have been using access 2007 for a couple of years now. This problem newly developed.

On my mainmenu form I have a button called reports. Theis button takes me to a reports form. I have added 27 buttons to print preview frequently used reports.

I have a new entry for this form which I have repeatly tried to save. It will not save!!!

I was able to add a test button to this report to the mainmenu form and I could save my work just fine.

Why might I be having this problem?

Many thanks for any assistance.

27 buttons? Eeks. Why not have a table with all your report names. Create a Combo box on your form that looks up the report you want to print. Build a command button that prints the report that you have designated in your combo box field. In this manner, you can add or delete reports to the table in question. Keep your form clean and small. Eliminate recoding every time you add a new report.
