I have an AC 2003 db that a customer is running using runtime. There is a report in the db and when the customer tries to run it, a "save as xps" box comes up. The customer is running the db using 6 machines, only 2 of the machines are getting the error. Is this an issue with Vista?

The XPS is from Office 2007. Do they have that, or any part of Office 2007, installed?

I don't know yet. I have call into the customer to find out. If they do, is there away around it? Thanks

I think that they might just need to set a different default printer, or try resetting the default to another printer and then moving it back to one that isn't the XPS writer. It all depends on their setup.

Thanks for your quick response. Again, I haven't talked directly with the customer yet, but their default printer should be a DYMO label printer. I have not confirmed this yet. So to understand your answer, are you saying that to get that message their pc is trying to send it a "Microsoft Default" printer? So it sounds like, if that is the case, simply making the DYMO printer the default printer should fix the problem?

That would be my guess. Of course it could be something different, but that's what I would check first.

Thanks for your help. Once I hear from my customer, I will post a reply. Thanks again.
