Save copy report - Data only

Is it possible to save a copy of a report data only, I don't want the copy of the report to change when I change the query the original was looking at, I just want to save the data...is this possible??

The report shows Profit and it looks at a query that I change the dates of each month, at the end of the month I want to save a copy of that report for that specific month and then move to the next month...

Copy

Instead of saving a 'fixed' copy you can use a parameter query for the report.
That way you will be able to generate the report based on start- and end date at any given time. You can view the results per month, per week, quarter, year or between any dates you wish.
It also means you don't have to change the query.
