Dear All,

I have used user level security for my program. I got a shortcut at my desktop and working great. What I am looking for now, I want to make backup of my program and restore in other computer. What is the best way to do that I can restore my prgramm and can able to creat shortcut...

Please help me.....

I am really not sure what you are looking for, but I will give it a shot. To back up my database I usually just copy and past in the same directory and rename it a backup eg: mydatabase - backup.mdb. It doesn't hurt to throw in a date. As for putting it on another machine. Again just copy and paste it to that computer(assuming you have a network connection to it), burn it to a CD, or copy it to a flash drive. Either way it is just copy and paste. The only restriction is that the other computer should have the same version of Sccess as you, although that is not completely required.

thanks deez but I am talking about my programm with user lever security restrictions. So if i simply copy and paste will not work in any other computer.

any other help would be really appreciated.
