Saving a database

Hi, I am having a problem with saving my database.

I have a completed database, but after I save it, and open it on a different computer, a prompt appears, stating that the database is READ ONLY and I can not modify it.

If anyone can help me, I would appreciated it very much. I am running office xp, using microsoft access xp.

How should I save it so that I can work on it on another computer?

Cant you right click on the file and goto properties and unselect "Read Only"
