all,

if you save a report from a form directly by the right click menu, do you have limited properties in the sheet of the report than you would have if you created one from scratch?

i have a report I made this way and I'm having a difficult time trying to find a way to get everything on one page by reducing the side margins to practically nothing. aren't those available in a wizard type report?

I don't know what version of access you are using, but in access 2007 I noticed some options that related to sizing (that only appeared in certain view modes) in the layout view. It really shouldn't matter how you make your report, even if you started with nothing in it, you should be able to perform any action from a blank report that has nothing on it whatsoever.

I did look for fit to page option though. Closest thing I could find was the size to fit option underneath the arrange tab in layout view. I hope you figure it out! GL
