Saving problems

How can i save another new access file (=copy/backup) by clicking a command in a form? (Link should be imported by browsing, just equal to save database as) Thank you.

Access does not require saving. If you close it it automatically saves.

If you have an object under construction like a Table, Query, Form etc you will be prompted to save it upon closing and in some situations at other times.

As far as data is concerned, it is automatically saved when you move to a new record.

And just to add to what RainLover said...

If you are trying to save a Back-up copy then do so when it's closed via Explorer, much safer. However, if you really want to do while the file is open, have a look here...
