Schedule form

Hi,
Just looking for some help. I'm trying to design a schedule form and am having trouble getting started. On the top of the form I have the dates from Monday - Sunday and on the side of the form I have the different employee's. On the form it shows the current date ei. Monday would be July 1 - Sunday July 7. I've created two command buttons to scroll to the previous weeks and also to scroll to future weeks. I've also created text boxes for each employee for the different days of the week Monday - Sunday. What I'd like to do is link that information that I enter for an Employee relating to the date that I enter the information. For instance, say I'd type information in employee A's text box for July 25. I'd like the information to be stored for on that day so when the week of July 25th comes, the information will appear for employee A and he'll know what tasks has be to done for that day. If anyone can give me an idea to go about this, that would be great.

You could imbed a subform on your form, that would hold the tasks. you would also make a relationship between your tasks and employees.

You could also insert code in the 'on open' property of the form, that loads the task with todays date.
