Screen Area Pixel Size

I was wondering if there is any way to have the forms automatically adjust to individuals screen area pixel size. I noticed on some users pc they have to scorll all over the place to access different fields and buttons while others everything is all on the screen without having to scroll. Is there away that this will adjust automatically according to their screen area?

The Access Developer's Handbook provides a collection of Class modules on its CD that can be imported into your database for such rescaling. You can only use this, however, for A2000+
