Is there anywhere i can get a script or an example thereof by which you may populate supporting tables with initial values rather than enter them all in every time it is restarted?

odd secenario yes, but it is so that the development stage can change but the tables for the final project will be uniform with the desired information.

Exactly what kind of initial values do you mean? Can you post an example of what you'd like to have?
