Scroll Bar with Image Control

Hello Everyone,
Is it possible to have Scroll Bar with Image Control when Zooming in or out the image, same as Mr. OldSoftBoss ImageSample database.

I dont like to use the image control in subform, I want to directly placed the image control on the form and when Zooming the image the scrollbars must be appeared
