Scroll Mouse (1 Viewer)

I have been using mousehook.dll for years and it has performed perfectly. Until now

I have a database that has a very long form and need the user to be able to use the wheel mouse, but only to scroll through the form not the records

Any ideas

If the sections with records were on subforms, then you could scroll through the parent form without scrolling the records. Don't know any proper techniques to change the function of the scroll wheel though, sorry.
