Scrollbar Visibility

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Access altogether and use the 2010 version. I have a form that has a memo field that shows a scroll bar when you click into it but does not show it until then. This means that anybody reviewing the completed form does not know that there is more information contained in the field unless they happen to click on it.

Can the scroll bar be made to show at all times so that it is obvious to other users that there is more information within the memo field?
