Search from a text box

Can anyone help me,

I am trying to create a form with 2 text boxes on, i want to enter an id into the first text box, click a button and have a different field from the record appear in the second text box.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You could try using DLookup() in the On Click Event of the command button
