Select distinct email list

Dear all,

I have a query which outputs to Excel. The results show projects for Project Managers. I then check the data for non conformity and hightlight it. I then want to send the Excel sheet only to Project Managers who projects dont comply.

Problem I got is how do I only select the Project Manager name once from the sheet if they have more than one project that dont conform?

Assumption 1> You have a query that return the list of projects that do not comply
Assumption 2> There is something in that query to get you to the Project Manager

Base a new query off of the query in Assumption 1, return your Project Mangers (Assumption 2) in that using group by.

Then one way is to base a report on the Project Manger query with basic info. in the query, containing a subreport listing all projects not in compliance. Convert the report to RTF and Email it to the Project Managers as an attachment.
