Selecting last record only

I have created a query which shows 2 fields "Project Name" and "Date Worked". I want to show/select only the latest record (shown in red below) :-

Project Name Date Worked

753 16/10/2008
753 15/10/2008
753 13/10/2008
758 18/10/2008
758 17/10/2008
758 15/10/2008
3979 22/10/2008
3979 17/10/2008
3979 16/10/2008

How do I do it
