Send data to outlook calendar

I have a simple appointment form which I attached a simplified version
pick a customer / a sales rep / a date
the form gives an appoint ID (auto numbered)

I'd like to add a cmdbutton that will open Outlook and put this appointment data onto its calendar
basically create an even with the data on the form.

We have a shared outlook in our office that everyone can look at. that way everyone could see the upcoming appoitments and made them (sales rep)
