Question Send email via Outlook to all members in a category

Dear,
I am Extremely new to Access world, and I am learning it by developing.
I developed a simple program, and I want to add email feature to it allow me to send an email to all members in a querie.
Can U help me on this?

Ex: I have a DB with this structure:
1- Table (Friends) : First Name, Last Name, Category, E-Mail.
2- Queries ( Based On Category "Technology", "Biology", "All"): All Fields.
3- Reports ( Based On Queries): All Fields.

To Do: I Want to add new buttom to the main form, allow me to send an email via outlook to a specific querie (Category), by opening Outlook Express and writing the emails collected from a querie in the "to" in the new mail message.

Hi and welcome to the forums

Try searching this forum for "SendObject" as there are several examples covering what you're looking for.
 
and check the samples - this has probably already been done
 
I am sorry, but I am so comfused,
These samples and examples are soooooo hard for me as a beginner.
Can u help me directly?
