Send special html email automation

Ok, guys, don't bite my head off for this one, lol. I have searched and searched and downloaded ex. DB's until I can't do no mo'.

And it's been a while since I've been here and even worked with Access, so I'm a little rusty and not to mention extrememly frustrated. And I've been working on this for about 4 hours now, so I've finally decided it's time to holla at y'all and ask for some help.

Here's what I'm trying to do:

I've got a form with all my client's info on it. I want to be able to click my little cmdButton and have it send them an html (preferably) or rtf formatted email using either OL-E or Incredimail (default). I uninstalled Outlook a LONG time ago, so I can't use the normal procedures that I have found to send an html email.

I've tried using the SendObject and it sends it if I just have a few lines. But when I add 2 or 3 paragraphs, I get some error saying "There are no registered wizards of this type" and it highlights the DoCmd.SendObject.

Here's kinda how I want the email setup:

Dear [Me.fname],

Account Over due!

Your account was due on [Me.dueDate]. We will give you an additional 15 days to bring your account up to date. If you have not received payment by this date, we will have to suspend you account, blah blah blah.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at me@email.com (email hyperlink) or at blah blah blah.

We appreciate your time and attention regarding this matter.

Sincerely,
Blah blah blah

Like I said, I have tried several different methods, but they either are setup for Outlook or I get an error.

I know this is a REALLY common topic, but I have searched here, the net and the God Foresaken MSDN (which I ended up filling out their little "Satisfaction Survey Form" in which I vented a little steam because I never found anything at least even remotely pertinent to my search.)

Anyway, thanks for the help and allowing me to vent a little more ;)
