Sending email/reminder based on field value?

Hi is it possible to have access send a reminder/email after a certain amount of time has passed?

ie...

Product - 3 Bottles
Time Sent - 12:00
Time Arrived - (send email if this field has not been filled in within 2 hours(SLA))

I have looked at some pretty intense VBA scripts that look overly complicated for me.

Have a look at the DoCmd.SendObject command. Check this link as well.

You would just need some code to compare the current time with the sent time and if the difference is greater than 2 hours;
