service stopped

im new to sql server and am using express 2008.
i went into configuration manager and enabled tcp/ip and switched log on service to local service.
all of a sudden my service wont start.
i tried to go backwards and switch back but it still wont start.
how can i get it to start again?

Yes I fixed this.
I had my login set to network service and not local
Went to admin tools/services
That fixed this.
