Hello Folks,

I created an Access report that prints 3 columns & 4 rows on a report. I carefully positioned the information on the report and did a page/setup to set all parameters so that the report prints precisely the way I want. Then I saved and went on to other things.

The problem: When I go back to Access and pull up the report and go to print, all of the parameters that I so carefully set using page/setup have changed!!!???!!

I want this report to print exactly the same way every time with the same page/setup parameters. I have other reports that I want to print the same way every time with different page setup parameters.

For some reason, it appears that Access is not keeping track of the critical page/setup settings that have a big impact on where items are printed on the page.

Can Anyone help me with this?
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if this is the best solution, but it is one that has worked for me. Try showing the report in Print Preview and while in that mode change the Page Setup parameters. Then save and close the Print Preview. For some reason Access remembers these settings when it forgets the ones done in the Design mode.

Thanks Axis, I will give this method a go. Sure will solve a big headache if it works.
