Several Problems... HELP!!

Hi All

Thanks for reading this..... Please help here if you can...

First Up....
Does anyone have a working way to disable the mouse scroll?? Tried the other threads here but can't get it to work??

And Lastly...
Used a wizard to make a goto next record button, but when it get to the last record it adds a new blank record. I want it to stop there at the last record, need to have "allow aditions" to be set to yes, and want it to come up with a message box saying last record like the goto previous record button does...Or cycle back to the first record... I tried to put in a If, Then, Else statment, but I must be missing something, cos it doesn't work......

Toggle the AllowAdditions property
