I have an Access database created in Access 2003 but left in Access 2000 format. It needs to be shared via a Citrix portal, MSAM, with 14 offices accross the US. The users will be entering numbers in a form and will have buttons to run reports.

What is the best way to deploy the application? I will have the tables stored in a separate Access db and linked to the main tool.

Will multiple users be able to access the forms at the same time?

Yes, as long as access is loaded on the citrix client for them.
Also if the tables are linked, each client has to have the same link available to them, UNC paths are better than mapped drives. If their login scripts are each different, then you can really have issues with mapped drives.

Was that yes that multiple users will be able to access the db at the same time?

The drive is mapped by the main office and consistent. The links will be on the same drive.

The data is entered into a table and then appended on close to another. If two people try and enter data at the same time will they have problems?
