I am trying to create a new DB which stores statistics from Outreaches for one of our Ministries within a Christian Mission. (there is a seperate thread about that in the Forms section - "creating a grid on a form" - if you're interested 
)
In my searches for help, I have discovered we have an existing DB, somewhere on our system, containing info on the various schools our organisation runs at many of its bases around the world. Is it possible to create links to this DB for my own, and thus save valuable time re-typing all the relevant info anew. We're talking about approximately 2000 Bases in nearly 200 countries, well over half of them operating between 2 and about 20 schools each at a time. A lot of info to input if we have to.
