Sharing New Records

If user A and user B are accessing the same database at the same time via a form and user A creates a new record, is there a way user B can view or edit this new record without exiting and re-entering the database?

User B will need a way to .Requery the form's datasource.

Have you considered a refresh button, or an automatic (timed) refresh? As for myself I would avoid a timed refresh, in most cases.

Thanks for the quick response. Can the manual or timed refresh (.Requery) occur while the database (datasource) is active with users editting, viewing and/or creating records? What is the downside to a timed refresh and how would you set it up? How about setting up a refresh anytime a user accesses a record?
