there's a new search function in 2007 in the buttom of a form.

Is there a shortcut key that i can use to go directly their? (or perhaps make a shortcut)

I'm always clicking on the search text box to use it which is a hassle for me

Thanks~

have you tried "CTRL+F" for the find and replace dialog?

just googled "new search box in access form navigation keyboard shortcut" and got this:

Set focus to the search box in record navigation bar
CTRL + SHIFT + F

If you have the focus in the record navigation bar search box and press ESC, we’ll take the focus to the form/grid in the selection you had. So you can quickly do CTRL+SHIFT+F, search for something, press ESC, edit it, CTRL+SHIFT+F, etc… --Marcus (new look developer)
