Show last 12 Months names and year

Hello,

I have a form that displays sales information for the last 12 periods. How can I make the text box labels change with the month?

Eg in February, the labels show this:

Current Period
January 2012
December 2011
November 2011
etc.

in March, show this:

Current Period
February 2012
January 2012
December 2011
etc...

Any ideas?

yes, of course - otherwise you just end up showing

month1, month2, month3 etc, which is not as informative.
