show numbers to two decimal places

im trying to change two of my fields, start time and end time so that they show two decimal places. in design view i changed the properties as shown in the attachment, but it isnt working. what have i done wrong as this should be really simple but i cant fix it!! thanks

Change it from "Long Integer" to "Double", but why aren't you using Date/Time instead of Number?

I have no idea why you'd want to use numbers instead of a Date/Time field but, with regard to your question, you can't set decimal places to a Long Integer.

You need to change the number to a Single.
