show tick boxs

how on a query do you get it to show results that only have a cross in the tick box???? please can anyone help? dane

I think you mean a checkbox, right? A checkbox is simply a visual representation of True/False, Yes/No, or -1/0. If you have a field in your query that is a checkbox, set the criteria to one of those values. If you're looking for just the checked ones, use True.
