I am trying to make my mother an address book, so I have decided to attempt using Microsoft Access. I have an Addresses table with various fields (i.e. First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Email, etc...) and wish to have the form report the information in the following format:
Last Name, First Name
(Children's Names)
Address City, State Zip
Phone 1
Email
etc....
Certain contacts do not have certain information (i.e. some do not have children), but if these fields are empty in the table, the report just displays blank lines. Therefore, is there a way to make it so the next line is displayed flesh against the previous line to minimize the blank lines?
