Your question is a bit sparse. Care to give us just a LITTLE bit more of an explanation?

hi DocMan,

firstly il apologize ... im not sure if i should have called it SideBar or Explorer Bar! :o

Well Iv been searching on the web, and I found something on this particular page.
http://www.aadconsulting.com/sidebarswb.html

This is exactly what im looking for.. id like to have such a menu for the user with all similar items grouped together under one heading (for eg. Reports, Admin etc). And when a particular segment's "header button" (for want of a better word!) is clicked, Id like it to sort of move up and display the options within it. for eg. if i click Reports Switchboard, Id like the Main switchboard options to be hidden, and have the reports Switchboard options to be visible only.

I had downloaded the demo version, and thought it was pretty cool, although I cant for the life of me figure it out! I may be wrong bt I suppose this is also called the Outlook Style Navigation?

Another link where i found something really nice was:
http://www.utteraccess.com/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=671760&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5&o=all&fpart=1&vc=1
There's an attachment to the first post which is an access database and the main form is like a navigation form. I suppose it expands and collapses the subforms within based on a little button clicked upon, but when I tried using it on my own switchboard items table but it throws up height errors.

actually im looking more towards the first style.. but if you or anyone else could provide me any help with either it would be great!

I hope this makes things clearer! Thanks!
