Simple Calendar Question

On my form, I'd like to add a calendar icon next to the date field. When you click on the calendar, it will pop up a calendar. Click on the date you want to add and it automatically fills in the date. Or something simple like a link that says "todays date", when clicked it automatically fills in the current date. Is this something that can be done? If so, how?

Thera are two MDB-s.
"DateDemoA97.mdb" and
"DemoCalendarA97.mdb".
