single customer and equipment

Hi All,

This is more than likely very easy to sort, but i can't work it out

I have done a report for customers and their equipment, but it lists every customer, what do i need to do just to get one customer and their equipment on the report??

One way would be to use this to open it:

http://www.baldyweb.com/wherecondition.htm

another would be to base the report on a parameter query. Another way if emailing several:

http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/email/reporttomultiplerecipients.htm

thanks paul, i got that working, but it goes to microsoft one note :/ instead of opening the report

Look at the arguments for OpenReport. One of them controls the view, and if left out the default is to go to the default printer. You want the acPreview option.
