Is there a way to create a Report (or Form) that shows/prints one record per page? Each record has approx. 50 fields.

One way would be to set the Force New Page property of the appropriate section (Detail section for example).

Thank you. Actually, I clumsily asked that question. I cannot even create a report b/c there are too many fields. Any ideas how I can do that?

Shift them around the page so they fit - no-one says they all have to be in one line right?

Why can't you? It could be that the wizard can't handle that many. Either create a report without the wizard, or start with the wizard with fewer fields and then add the other fields manually.

50 fields is quite a lot for an Access report though. You might be better off using Excel.

So...have you tried one of the methods suggested to get around that?

I have been away from the computer & Access and am just getting back on now. I like the suggesting of creating it without all the fields and then adding more fields to it.
