I am just learning Access so please bear with me. I want to make a program that will be able to store lient information adn then disperse it throughout an application htat is scanned into the computer. My thought was that you could scan it in, set it up as a background image with the lables or text boxes (I think TB's) and pick a name to fill it in so that time is saved by having to handwrite it all. 1) im not sure how to transfer the names. I can get the report to show all the names in the table, but not if i were to only want 1. Ihave 2 fields now. Name and number which is just an sutonumber. Is there a way to do this or am i completely out of my league. Thanks
