size issue

i've tried to reduce the size of my file.. & still the file is too big to attach with this msg. any idea how i can deliver it to u? thanks

How big is it?

Try these steps in this order:
Compact and Repair
Delete some records
Compact and Repair

If there are any embedded objects, remove them, and compact and repair again.
