slit data base not working properly with pass word

Hi just split a practice database to see how to do it .All seems okuntill i decidd to apply passwords
The back end works ok
But when i open the front end it ask for password which is supplied it opens the front end but when i try to open any form a mesage box pops up saying invalid password ry What have i done wrong

The password for the back end is different than the front end.
