Snapshots of screens

I would like to take snapshots of my tables, queries etc to show them in this forum in order to better explain how things work. Duhh, anybody know how to do it. For example I wanted tio show someone how a query is set up in design mode, using visual aids.

Why not simply post the database?
Press the "Go Advanced" button
Down the bottom of that page is a button to manage attachments. When you press that button, another screen shows the sizes and types of files you can add.

Thanks Dave, I might have seen it if I had opened my eyes. You haven't got any answers for my question about filtering lookup information in a query (funnily enough in the quries section) have you.

open Paint
Copy from Clipboard
Trim
Select
Copy
Open Word
Paste
Print

What I do:

press PrtScrn
open Paint
Ctl + V (Copy from Clipboard)
Trim
Saves as JPG
