The harder question philosophically can be IF, not WHAT or HOW.

Knowing "what" or "how" - and asking that question in English - may actually be the same question, or almost the same question. To me they can be the same.

What to do? Lose weight.

How to do it? Eat less.

Actually doing it....but I'm hungry. I want cake!
