I have a subform in which the user enters the number of menbers in his family next to the date that they attended the food pantry.
The subform now sorts the data in ascending order on the date attended field and the user enter the next visit date and # family members.

I was able to change the sort order to decending order so that the latest previous visits would at the top. Unfortunately, the other visits where successfully sorted from most current to oldest, but the user still must scroll to the bottom of all previous visits to add a new visit for the client.

Is there a way to have the entry of new attendance visits be on top not on the database the bottom and beneath would be displayed all their previous visits?
example

Date attended # family members
12/10/2012 5 (This would be the new entry about to be added to the datatbase)
12/02/2012 4 This is the display of previous visits.
11/28/2012 4

Thanks you always bail me out. I really appreciate your help

Jim
